After living in Minnesota and Florida and holding different jobs, she graduated nursing school in 1984, moved to Richmond, Va. Rowe; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be in Ocala, Fla. For most of Lucille's life, she had lived in Virginia, but had resided in Orlando and Kissimmee, Fla. Her beautiful and generous soul left with the same grace and dignity that she brought to her life. She always kept in touch with them over the years.

Though she wouldn't want her obituary to use the cliche that she bravely fought the disease, she did just that. She is survived by two daughters, S. In 1998, she ranked in top 10 Limited Non-Pro National Reining Horse Association. She was a member of the Church of the Redeemer. In November of 1942, she married Thomas Albert Bobbitt, a handsome soldier from Texas who was stationed at Camp A. His career consisted of being a jack of all trades, there was no job that he wasn't able to perform. JoAnn's greatest joy was her children and spouses, grandchildren and spouses and the three great-grandchildren.
